PATIENT ABUSE: THE PUBLIC TESTIMONY OF MY ASSAULT

PATIENT ABUSE: THE PUBLIC TESTIMONY OF MY ASSAULT

In beginning this prose, I offer these appreciations. First, to my Lord and Savior, I say Thank You. You make me worthy in Jehovah for life, for living and for giving You praise. I would like to thank Jehovah Jireh for giving unto me such a beautiful, young wife, Francine, for choosing her vow over her career. She chose caring for me over teaching her beloved, autistic children. Lord, I feel like such an undeserving, burden. This was done to me, I didn't do it on purpose. I greatly appreciate the kind generosity of my sister, Avis, and my family. Lord, you know I mutilated her "Barbies" when we were children. We miss our father. I extend the most precious thanksgiving unto my loving assistant, Bonnie, my most sincere compatriots, the beautiful and brilliant Dr. Jane Ruby and the wise, future US congressman, Randy Purham, for their unrelenting encouragement and prayers. As well, I thank you for the multitudes of other family, friends, and associates that bind me in their thoughts and prayers. I have to extend thanksgiving to you, Lord, for the thoughts and prayers of the man that knows my wife best as Holy Mother, Raynard Jackson. Such is required in every writing. "Believe me! Believe me! I must! I must!"

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says stroke is a leading cause of death in the United States and is a major cause of serious disability for adults. A stroke, sometimes called a brain attack, occurs when something blocks blood supply to part of the brain or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. In either case, parts of the brain become damaged or die. A stroke can cause lasting brain damage, long-term disability, or even death. In 2014, 38% of people hospitalized for stroke were less than 65 years old. Non-Hispanic Black adults and Pacific Islander adults have the highest rates of death from stroke. Allegedly, I was treated for an ischemic stroke. Most strokes are ischemic strokes. An ischemic stroke occurs when blood clots or other particles block the blood vessels to the brain.

You may be asking, "Why are you saying 'allegedly' when it is your eyewitness testimony?"

Something about being broke and wanting someone or something to not keep me this way with a defamation lawsuit. We say "allegedly" to maintain legal protection against defamation lawsuits by indicating that an accusation is not yet proven in court, and to respect the principle that a person is innocent until proven guilty. Using "allegedly" also ensures fair reporting by not presenting an unproven accusation as fact, thereby protecting the reputation of those involved and avoiding any premature judgment. In the United States, saying someone is guilty of a crime without court proof can lead to a defamation lawsuit for libel (written defamation) or slander (spoken defamation), which can harm a person's reputation. "Allegedly" serves as a shield, preventing news outlets from being held responsible for the truthfulness of accusations. In recent years, successful defamation cases in Washington, D.C. have often involved public figures and high-profile disputes related to national politics, elections, and scientific debate. These cases frequently center on allegations of "actual malice," where false statements are made with knowledge of their falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth. In a District of Columbia case, the former chief medical officer of United Medical Center (UMC) was unsuccessful in a defamation claim he brought against the hospital. In recent decades, publicly available records indicate that hospitals in DC have more often been the target of lawsuits involving malpractice, false claims, and whistleblower retaliation rather than the successful plaintiffs in defamation suits. I will proceed with my alleged testimony until I can have it verified by a court of law.

On or about December 20, 2023, I allegedly was admitted to the emergency room for treatment of an ischemic stroke at Medstar Washington Hospital. It was our wedding anniversary. I was mobile and lucid. I was placed on a medical bed and rolled into the hallway next to a public restroom. At one point, I had to use the restroom. I was parked in front of that rest room until the night of December 20, 2023 when I was wheeled to a hospital room and officially admitted to the inpatient level of the aforementioned hospital.

On or about December 21, 2023, my wife and I walked to a meeting with a physical therapist. Allegedly, she had beautiful hair. I told my wife that she had a great hair day. She quizzed me on how to enter and exit a bathtub post stroke. She commended me on preciseness and mobility. She gave my wife a walker that I could use in case I needed it in the future because I didn't need it then. She did so I would not have to suffer from bureaucratic delays. Upon completing the session, my wife and I walked me back to my bed.

Haven been admitted to the inpatient room, I was able to use the restroom without assistance. However the attending nurse warned against doing so out of fear of falling. She escorted me to the restroom and closed the door to handle my business. Upon finishing, she escorted me to my bed. On or about the night of December 21, 2023, a nurse came to my room, at my request, to help me with restroom duties. She advised that she would help me with bathroom duties. I advised that I had been escorted earlier in the day and thanked her for planning to escort me. She advised me that she was not going to escort me but slipped a  Unisex Potty Urinal Ê Bottle between my legs and said use this. I advised her that I did not wish to use the Unisex Potty Urinal Ê Bottle, I preferred the privacy of the restroom. She advised me that she was not walking me to the bathroom. Then, suddenly she changed her mind. She said that she would come to the opposite side of  the bed and escort me. She came to the opposite side and grabbed my right hand. All of a sudden, she lifted my right hand in the air and let it go. Suddenly, I felt a thrust to my stomach and I crumpled back to the bed, landing on all four limbs. I looked up to my left side and visualized a light-skinned man who said,"I would not have done that if I was you. Lay him on the bed and let's go!" The nurse and two technicians ran out of the room and turned off the lights. Another nurse, not turning on the light, yelled,"I will be back to check on you." She quickly ran out of the room. My roommate, Paul, yelled, "That was one more! That was four all together." All went silent. Later that night, the first nurse returned and advised me to tell noone. She advised,"Even if you did, who is gonna believe your word over the doctors and nurses. All went silent again. I slumbered and awakened anew. I awakened crumpled left arm and bent left leg. I awakened a hemiplegic. By assault, they had induced my second stroke and no physician came to check on me in the night. My mother was the last of my family to see me lift my hands in the air in praise to the Lord. The morning nurse alerted me, "You are awake. We thought you were going to die last night!"

On or about December 22, 2023, I awakened a hemiplegic. Dr.C. B.-I choose not to use her full name. Using one's full name is often a strategic choice driven by personal preference, privacy concerns, or professional goals. Using a full legal name can expose you to risks-and the hospital nurse administrator met with me in my inpatient room on that afternoon. Both conceded after hearing my testimony that the nurse and technicians were wrong in executing their duties the night before.I was then taken for an MRI. My roommate, Paul, was released from the hospital. A doctor came to my room to announce results of the MRI. The doctor announced that my stroke was degrading and that I will eventually lose my ability to walk, talk and effect my heart and blood pressure. Can it get any worse?

On or about December 23, 2023, a doctor came into my room on the Saturday morning, Metformin was the topic of conversation. He tried to convince me to take the "FDA black label drug".Metformin has a black box warning for the risk of lactic acidosis, a rare but potentially fatal complication that can occur with metformin accumulation. This risk is increased by conditions that impair renal or hepatic function (such as severe kidney or liver disease), acute congestive heart failure, or conditions that lead to hypoxia or hypoperfusion. The warning also advises temporarily stopping metformin before and after certain radiological procedures involving intravascular contrast agents. I was ardently against to taking Metformin, thanks to previous research. The doctor reasoned."Lotsa drugs we give have "FDA black labels. I recommend that you take it." I have since learned of the 340b program. The 340B Drug Pricing Program is a U.S. government program that requires pharmaceutical manufacturers to sell outpatient drugs at a significant discount to eligible hospitals, clinics, and health centers (known as "covered entities"). These savings help "safety-net" providers serve vulnerable and low-income populations by enabling them to stretch scarce federal resources to reach more patients, expand services, and provide crucial care in underserved communities. The program is managed by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and is designed to benefit patients and communities without incurring additional taxpayer costs. Simply, hospitals are granted the ability to buy drugs for a penny on the dollar and then charge insurance companies marked up prices for profits. Doctors are encouraged by hospitals to choose profits over prudent medical care. The doctor, desperate seemingly to meet a quota, he assured me that if I was his "father" he would give Metformin to me. This psychological warfare ended when I refused. Suddenly, he left and a technician returned, warning that she had been ordered to completely clean out the room. A nurse entered and advised that I needed to call my wife to take me home no matter what. No matter that I recently suffered a stroke the hospital deemed nearly fatal. Induced through no fault of my own. When my wife arrived, the nurse, not patient to wait for another technician, wheeled me to my car and waved goodbye. I was too frail to use their bathroom but not to frail to be thrown out of their hospital. In the age that Anthony Fauci empowered President Joe Biden to pull a Magneto and forces everyone to take a harmful drug, Bro. Ken conquered the breaking.

"Abusive nurse" refers to a healthcare professional who engages in violent or abusive behavior toward patients, colleagues, or other staff members. This behavior can range from physical assaults to verbal or psychological harassment and is a serious form of workplace violence that is often underreported. KFF Trial Lawyers says,"Abuse is a broad term that refers to any form of harm a medical professional or caregiver inflicts on an individual. According to World Health Organization estimates in June 2024, at least one in six people 60 years and older experienced some form of abuse in community settings in a recent year. Shockingly, two of three staff members at nursing homes and long-term care facilities admitted to committing some form of abuse in the same year. What should you do once you see several types of abuse in healthcare and nursing homes?" National Institute of Health (NIH) says patient abuse should be a concern. The International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety – Foundation (IAHSS Foundation) reveals, "A substantial amount of literature and policies regarding patient abuse focuses on the elderly; however, patient abuse is not limited to this population. Patient abuse can occur
in other vulnerable populations including children and people with intellectual disabilities
and can even occur among adults under the age of 60. With elderly abuse being such a
large focus of patient maltreatment, many patient abuse and neglect definitions and
laws largely address only maltreatment within the older population. Additionally, within
those definitions of elderly abuse laws, a number of states address physical abuse or
sexual abuse but give less attention to other forms of abuse including emotional/verbal
abuse, financial abuse, and neglect. Understanding patient abuse among vulnerable
groups and adults under the age of 60 is vital in order to identify recommendations to
combat and prevent abuse among all groups.'

So how can doctors and nurses get away with murder?

Healthcare serial killing involves the intentional killing of multiple patients by a healthcare professional. Ultimately, the practitioner-patient relationship is a trust-based one, where the patient places trust in doctors, nurses, and the healthcare system. This opens a vulnerability to those with ulterior motives. The Lord is telling us that we have falsely made science and medicine "gods". We falsely place our trust in men whom we believe have the power over life and death. Matthew 28:18, where Jesus declares, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth". It is Jesus that has power over life and death. He calls us to a "culture of empathy" not of sympathy. We are called to run to the fire not merely film the flames on the fire. There are many made vulnerable by disease and age. We are called to be ever to be watchful and question. We are called to protect the weak and we all can be made weak by the Evil One. Those you think are so strong that they can not be weakened makes us all vulnerable. We are crying for your help and seek not your silence and complacency but your courage. Joshua 1:9 says, "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

Dear Family,

It is October 14,2025. I was attacked on December 22, 2023 and a second degrading stroke was initiated by the attack. I must report the attack to DC MPD in order to sue Medstar for medical malpractice. The attack induced my second  stroke by assault, leading to me becoming hemiplegic and bedridden. I can not submit an online submission because this is not a property claim. We haven't been property since 1865. In Washington, D.C., you generally have three years to file a medical malpractice lawsuit from the date of the injury. However, the discovery rule applies, meaning the clock starts when the patient discovers or should have reasonably discovered the injury. Then, there is a notice of 90 days that formally instructs that you will be suing. Unfortunately, my family and other friends have not assisted me in my reporting. I fear that I will run out of time to report to the MPD, though they have proven listless in responding to my email requests. Although its the only way I can communicate. If I don't report officially then, I will lose the natural right to file a claim, After filing a report, I can file a legal claim. I may not live long enough to see the day my claim is recompensed and I am vindicated. But my grandson will be rewarded for my labors.

I am requesting that any of you will anonymously call DC MPD at the Command Information Center, at 202-727-9099 for any other non-emergency police matter. Request a police officer come to my home, in Washington, DC, to file a report. I sorrow that I must request this of you, I greatly appreciate that the persons chosen belongs to a culture of empathy. I need you.

Loving Kindness,
Ken McClenton
