He did it! The Allied defeated the Nazi's on D-Day at Normandy. That was a generational triumph. President Abraham Lincoln and the Union Army defeated the Confederates at Gettysburg. The turning point of the Civil War. Napoleon Bonaparte was defeated at Waterloo by the Brits and the Netherlands. I guess that trek to Russia didn't work out. With nary a bullet fired, President Trump took the Democrat stronghold of Washington, DC. Having conquered the Democrat Party and its Communist leader Kamala Harris, the occupation of Washington, DC is a triumphant victory. It was tremendous in that he made the Democrats bow and concede what they were most avarvice about: Making The Nation's Capitol safe and beautiful. D.C. Mayor Caves to Trump With Sickening Order on Federal Takeover. I don't think many can fully appreciate this victory because of the Epstein and Gaza distractions. Others are distracted by Rosie O'Donnell's citizenship status. You would think ICE was in Ireland to arrest and deport her.

Occupation is a temporary assertion of control, a hostile exertion of a ruling power, over a sovereign entity by an entity that is legally distinct and .different. Some misunderstand. DC is not a sovereign. A sovereign is one that  refers to the supreme authority or ruler within a state, possessing ultimate power and autonomy, or the country itself in relation to its independence and self-governance. DC, despite the protests, is not a sovereign.  "Washington, DC, doesn’t need a “federal emergency,” Mayor Muriel Bowser said Wednesday, adding her new executive order is meant to be a pathway out of the federal takeover that is set to end this month." It is a federal city. It is granted power by Congress under the safeguard of the Constitution. Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, established the framework for the District of Columbia (DC) as a federal district. It exists because Congress wants it to exist. "As a constitutional architect, Thomas Jefferson envisioned a relatively limited central government, lending more authority and discretion to the states. As an actual architect, Jefferson also embedded his preferences toward restraint. An agriculturally minded Virginian, Jefferson idolized the “yeoman farmer,” a hypothetical figure who embodied honesty and self-sufficiency and who worked with their hands." It is long a part from this city. One developed to promote honesty and self-sufficiency. It has evolved a city that houses a diverse group of persons that are committed to supporting a Mayor and DC Council that subjegates itself to a radicalized interest that seeks policies and programs that protect its largest constentuacy-goverment workers shepherded by the Democrat Party. I contend that such shapeshifting of liberal radicals has fashioned a dangerous Marxist-compatible local governance that is well received by the criminal body. "When one starts thinking about Washington’s radical geography, neighborhoods like Mount Pleasant and Takoma Park easily come to mind. However, I have found that my own neighborhood — Shaw — has an established history of radicalism: it was once home to the DC Communist Party."     `While many would say my assertion is errant. The city is a long-time Democrat Party stronghold. A stronghold that has been weakened by the Trump Occupation.

The Trump Occupation readies America for two things. One, the ending of the unconstitutional Home Rule Act and two, making DC a tax-free federal city. The Article III Project contests, "For more than fifty years, Congress stood by and watched as our nation’s capital was overrun by incompetence, corruption, and violent crime. In 1973, the entrenched Democrat-led Congress handed local control of our nation’s capital city to a group of unaccountable, unserious, and often reckless city politicians. That mistake, called the DC Home Rule Act, turned Washington, D.C. into one of the most dangerous and mismanaged cities in America. It’s long past time for Congress to fix its mistake. Congress must repeal the DC Home Rule Act of 1973. The Constitution gives Congress full authority over Washington, D.C. It was never meant to be a playground for failed local politicians or a testing ground for woke social experiments."  Bills to repeal the District of Columbia Home Rule Act have been introduced in the 119th Congress, notably the BOWSER Act by Republican Representative Andy Ogles and Senator Mike Lee in February 2025. The Constitution provides Congress with plenary legislative authority over the federal district. In practice, Congress has historically delegated at least some of the day-to-day work of municipal government to local entities. The structure of District of Columbia governmental entities has varied. At different times, Congress has established or authorized: city governments with elected and/or appointed officials, a territorial form of government, and federally appointed commissions to carry out certain local government functions. Regardless of the local government structure, Congress retains ultimate authority on local legislative and public policy matters in the District of Columbia. Congress has exercised this authority by conducting oversight and enacting legislation, including appropriations.  Years of corruption, political ideology, crime and neglect needs a sincere change of local governance from Mayor and City Council to a seven person control board overseen by the US Congress. Congress should extend the occupation of Washington, DC till October 1st, 2026 until further notice. Concentrate on winning 60 Republican seats in the Senate. The number needed to squash the Home Rule Act, ending the 50 year plus socialist experiment. Congress should establish a control board of 4 local conservatives and 3 national conservatives, all appointed by Trump, returning the Nation's Capital back to the Republic. President Trump can then, charge the new board to audit DC. Let's just say I wouldn't trust the chick and her cronies with $2 Billion.

By the way, Governor Mike Braun of  Indiana should call President Trump to rouse National Guard troops to Gary, Indiana. Governor Tate Reeves should call to send troops to Jackson, Mississippi. Secondly, it's time to make DC a tax free jurisdiction. The key has always been the DC license plate. You can see the motto flaming on every car. Before you move to Washington,DC, it is presumed that you read the Constitution. If you didn't, let me edutain you. In Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, the Constitution establishes the District of Columbia as a federal district. This "District Clause" grants Congress exclusive legislative authority over the district. Here's the quid pro quo for you, while a resident of the City, you sacrifice certain privileges and rights like congressional representation for the benefit of having federal access and protection. America’s Founders designed the seat of the national government to be a district that was, geographically and politically, outside any state and under Congress’ exclusive control. Rep. James Comer made it abundantly plain,"Several options exist to expand voting representation for D.C. residents today, but Democrats are only interested in pursuing an unconstitutional bill to grant statehood for two reasons: power and money." The Democrats have used the Civil Rights Movement and other movements to infuse a progressive agenda to destroy the Constitution and setze the reigns of the Senate, ending the filibuster by seating two progressive senators and a House seat. So, Hammer, give them what they want. Money. DC residents, like many Americans, vote with their wallets before a progressive desire for statehood. You will not hear any one say while filling their gas tank,"I can't wait until DC is a state."

The first part of making DC tax free requires the Trump Administration to move geography of Washington. DC. No, not moving the federal city. Moving some of the departments in the federal arsenal. Moving the Department of Energy to Southwest Texas. Moving the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to Philadelphia. Pennsylvania. Move the Department of Agriculture to Albany, Georgia. Move the Department of Interior to Bismarck, North Dakota. Move Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) to Chicago, Illinois. Move the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to Detroit, Michigan. Trump convince Congress to get rid of the Federal Reserve. Many of their functions can be handled by the Department of Treasury or by private entities. Otherwise move it to Las Vegas, Nevada. Move the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to Jackson, Mississippi. Move the Social Security Administration (SSA) to Tallahassee, Florida. You get my drift. Start moving federal agencies then, you begin moving surplus populations and a commingled mass of progressives.

Ending taxation means there is no longer a necessity to demand statehood. No longer a city of bureaucrats feeding off the tits of the federal government. Wouldn't it be difficult to bring in revenue with the loss of so many of the federal bureaucrats gone? No. Trust me, you will be able to recruit new residents and businesses, especially those from New York City, after they elect a communist. Who wants to live in a tax free DC? People that are more conservative. People that will do anything to keep money in their wallets. Many will come to avoid the higher federal taxes. Higher income earners and retirees are the ones that would benefit. Broadly speaking, if you place a pin anywhere within the continental U.S., you should be within 500 miles of an income-tax free state. "No taxation without representation" was a revolutionary rallying cry used by American colonists to protest taxes imposed by the British Parliament, arguing that since they had no elected representatives in Parliament, it was unjust and tyrannical to be taxed. Corrupted by Democrats seeking to miseducate Republicans and secure political dominance. Before you have political dominance, you must secure economic prosperity. You can not have economic prosperity if you subscribe to wealth envy, which the Democrats do. Wealth envy, or financial envy, is the negative feeling of resentment or frustration toward someone's financial success. 

The key has always been there for the Nation's Capitol to be given back to the Republic. Pew Research says that Trump supporters think he is a change agent who would make Washington, DC better. 93% of Americans said the economy was very important. MAGA believes that making the economy better leads to jobs and more industry. A tax free DC will bring more entrepreneurs, micro manufacturers and more service industry members. Our population will shoot up from 702,000 to well over a million with people doing whatever was necessary to keep the place safe, beautiful and tax free. Gone will be the pirates of progressive ideology.  President George Washington had a grand vision for his national capital as a destination for all Americans. Unlike Jefferson, he wanted more than just a meeting place for Congress; he envisioned a city on an “extensive and proper scale” that would reflect the nation’s growing prestige. Trump believes as he. Imagine how many Democrats would vote for this in Congress? If not, you got them over a barrel! Imagine holding a press conference with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Mr. President, where you announce three things:1. MTG is bringing the Department of Agriculture to Georgia, 2. Congress will extend the federalization of Washington, DC for a year, and 3. You will work with Congress to make it a tax-free jurisdiction. O, to knock on the door of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and say to her "We are going to give you what you have been asking for fifty plus years, We are going to make DC tax free", Imagine her look. Alexander Hamilton would be proud.
